ePS acquires UK-based MIS software provider Tharstern

Print and packaging software technology company eProductivity Software (ePS) has acquired UK-based management information system (MIS) software provider Tharstern in a move that will extend services to hundreds of customers, primarily in the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland, as well as in North America, Australia, and South Africa.

“ePS have invested in Tharstern’s excellent reputation and success in the marketplace. Their suite of solutions present some valuable integration opportunities for our existing customer base but importantly, the development roadmap of Tharstern products will continue and benefit from collaboration,” said Tharstern MD Tresta Keegan.

“We are excited about the opportunities to our existing and valued customers, the benefits of which we’ll see locally.”

ePS said the addition of Tharstern will further ePS’ inorganic growth strategy and pursuit of delivering greater value to customers and the industry at large.

The company added that it further solidifies ePS’ leadership position in the SMB print segment and continues to drive geographical diversification of the business while adding new technologies to the ePS portfolio.

ePS CEO Gabriel (Gaby) Matsliach said, “We are excited to welcome Tharstern’s customers and talented employees to the ePS family.

“We will continue to support Tharstern’s existing customers with the same enthusiasm they have come to expect, and we look forward to providing them with additional value by leveraging ePS’ global presence, industry knowhow, and rich product portfolio.”
