Also commenting, Craig Gillespie, professional business marketing manager for Nikon Australia says, “One of our aims is to ensure that our customers get the combined benefits that two leaders in digital photography and image reproduction can deliver when working as a team.
“Our products and services complement each other, we are like minded companies when it comes to superior image quality, and we will now be working together to make it easier for photographers to realise the benefits and superior performance of a Nikon camera – Epson printer combination.”
Activities under the alliance would include; workflow solutions, educational workshops and seminar programmes, and joint marketing and sales promotions.
Heckenberg adds, “This is an exciting development, not just for Epson and Nikon, but also for professional photography in Australia. Photographers will soon start to see the benefits from this alliance and we look forward to getting their feedback.”
