Peter Henderson, general manager EskoArtwork Oceania, says, “EskoArtwork solutions deliver new levels of industrialisation and standardisation. With our tools, we can help customers to optimise costs and streamline workflows so they can improve quality and consistency. PrintEx11 is a perfect opportunity for us to showcase the latest developments in our portfolio and how individually or combined they can improve an operation’s performance and profitability.”
The company will feature its Automation Engine 10 workflow server and the latest versions of the integrated editor applications: ArtPro 10, PackEdge 10, DeskPack 10, ArtiosCAD 10 and Studio 10. EskoArtwork says that Automation Engine 10 brings improved automation of repetitive tasks and removes more human interaction from the prepress production process, helping users to avoid unnecessary mistakes.
At the show, EskoArtwork will also provide details on its collaboration with partners offering MIS/ERP systems, providing data handshakes, often JDF, between order entry and business reporting systems and EskoArtwork automation solutions.
It will demonstrate its digital flexo solutions, comprising the range of Cyrel Digital Imagers (CDI) for flexo plate making and related integrated software products. Visitors can learn more about the HD flexo technology for the production of plates and sleeves delivering printing quality comparable to offset or gravure, as well as the Inline UV Main Exposure and the Digital Flexo Suite for automated plate and sleeve production. Also on show will be a CDI Spark 2530, which is designed for the tag and label market as well as folding carton and small-volume flexo plate producers. The solution images digital flexo plates up to 635mm x 762mm and comes with an incorporated plate loading table and an EasyClamp II drum for easier and faster plate loading.
The Kongsberg i-XL 24 will represent the Kongsberg product line of CAM products. The system will be equipped with i-cut 7.0, the latest version of the vision system. EskoArtwork’s i-XL systems, with a maximum material size of 87” x 120”, are available with optional conveyor extension, along with the AutoFeeder with scissor-lift system.
