FESPA Australia has confirmed the success of its People Planet Profit Conference, held on 3 November at Shangri-La Sydney.

The conference provided a pivotal platform for discussions on sustainability, leadership, youth engagement, and artificial intelligence within the printing industry, and attracted over 100 enthusiastic attendees.

A highlight of the conference was the presence of FESPA CEO Neil Felton, who travelled from the United Kingdom to address the audience. He provided invaluable insights into the key findings of the FESPA Global Census, offering a global perspective on the challenges and opportunities facing the industry.

The conference welcomed the FESPA Future Leaders 2023 cohort, who voted Mary Leishman from DRK LBL as their 2023 FESPA Future Leader. Highlighting the international community of FESPA, Troy Cavanagh and Bianca Martin of the 2022 Future Leaders Cohort discussed youth engagement with Suzi Ward and Jay Burfield, champions of the FESPA UK New Generation committee.

Nigel Davies, President of FESPA Australia, expressed his gratitude to all sponsors for making the event possible and emphasised the importance of events like the People Planet Profit Conference to collaborate, exchange ideas, and shape the future of the printing industry in Australia and beyond.
