Applications for the inaugural FESPA Future Leaders Program are closing on September 1 and FESPA Australia is urging those interested to nominate soon.
The FESPA Future Leaders Program is a professional and personal development program that identifies and develops emerging leadership talent for the survival of the print industry today and tomorrow.
It is open to emerging leaders who are currently working in the speciality printing industry. Future leaders are those individuals who have the ability to make positive changes both personally and professionally.
“We are facing an urgent need for leaders who are ready to tackle our ever-changing and diverse industry,” FESPA Australia said.
“We believe that the FESPA Future Leaders Program is a positive step in responding to these challenges and helping to identify and develop leadership talent to ensure our industry survives and thrives into the next generation.”
Short-listed candidates will meet for a hands-on, two-day workshop to receive coaching, guidance, encouragement, and mentoring from world-class industry leaders.
The FESPA Future Leader for 2022 will be announced at the ProPrint Awards on 27 October.
They will be given an expenses-paid trip to the FESPA Global Print Expo 2023 in Munich as part of their award.
