FX Connect integrates FreeFlow Print Server (FFPS) and Fuji Xerox’s production devices through an exclusive workflow system that enables quote data to be sent to the print server and reconciled with production data and estimates.

Fuji Xerox said the system is targeted at the print-for-pay market and is intended to “reduce costs and drive incremental revenue from existing business by reconciling production, estimate and invoice data in real time”.

Quote & Print managing director Shanti Kumar (pictured, right) said: “Every job – even ones that may have ‘slipped through the cracks’ – can be costed and ready for invoicing with little additional administration.”
