Full range at Lüscher Ipex stand

Lüscher’s full range of XPose! CTP imaging systems for offset will be a highlight of the stand, having sold more than 800 units in 56 countries of the popular system.

The XPose! 75, 130, 160 and 190 modular thermal, internal-drum Computer-to-Plate imaging systems will all be on display.

The family range of XPose! is able to cater for plate sizes from 4 to +32 pages and is available with different speeds dependent on productivity requirements.

On the stand the Robotic Plate handling system will also be demonstrated in combination with two XPose! 130 units.

Two types of imaging systems for flexo will be exhibited enabling customers to choose the system best suited to their needs.

The FlexPose! direct laser ablation system offers a “digital positive” solution, while the FlexPose! mask ablation system offers a “digital negative” solution.

The FlexPose! direct can be used, without adaptation, to engrave flexo, letterpress and dry offset plates, flexo sleeves and rotary screens.

FlexPose! is the first commercially available hybrid system that can be used to image flexo, offset and dry-offset as well as letterpress plates.

There will also be live demonstrations of the JetPrint 3530 UV ink flatbed printer for digital large format printing on the stand. This recently released product uses Spectra PIEZO print heads with up to 8192 nozzles in various configurations (4, 6, 7 and 8 colours – plus a white option). Jet Print uses UV curing SunJet inks on almost any substrates (rigid or flexible) with formats up to 3500 x 3050mm and 80mm material thickness at speeds of up to 200 m2/hour.

Lüscher will be at Stand No B55 in Hall 6
