GBC Australia appointed distributor for Mimaki

GBC’s stand at the Visual Impact Gold Coast Exhibition will launch the JV400-160LX latex printer in Australia, which supports 2 x CMYK, 6 colour or 6 colour plus white – fast becoming a requirement in today’s signage industry.

The JV400 series, which was released at Fespa is the world’s first latex printers using white ink, while employing a low curing temperature, according to GBC.

David Cheng, large format manager -GBC Australia says, “The opportunity to supply an energy-efficient, high-speed latex machine incorporating white ink, with fast-drying time is something we are excited to be able to supply to the market.”

GBC will also showcase the new Mimaki UJF-3042 A3 UV LED printer at Visual Impact Gold Coast, which enables short run production with variable print capability up to A3 size and 150mm thickness which is perfect for on-demand gift and promotional applications.

The latest range of Mimaki Large-format products adds to GBC’s portfolio of print and finishing solutions for the signage industry.

GBC’s Sydney head office will be unveiling the JV400-160LX printer at their Open Day on April 17-18.
