Graph-Pak completes three APR Solutions machinery installs in Melbourne

June was a productive month for Graph-Pak as it has completed three APR Solutions machinery installations across individual sites in Melbourne which included the Envelope Maker Machine Compact, Maxi Box Plus 1 and Maxi Box Plus 2.

The Envelope Maker Machine Compact is a folder-gluer machine with a fully automated high pile feeder designed to produce envelopes and bags with a grammage up to 300g/m². It comes with a folder flap group ready to add hot melt gluing system and double-sided tape. It also includes a folding buckle plate with one pocket, manual collector, and hot glue system with application guns.

The Maxi Box Plus 1 is an automatic folder-gluer machine, designed and manufactured with a fully automatic continuous feeder (Feeder Plus), autonomous and movable tape group, folding system, paper transport system with adjustable pressure, automatic scale collector and hot melt glue system controlled by a 7” touch screen.

Options available to purchase for the Maxi Box Plus 1 include the mobile tipper plate pocket, RAP Applicator for double sided tape, and RAP strip for Tear Tape Applicator.

The Maxi Box Plus 2 folder-gluer machine, suitable for e-commerce applications on envelopes and boxes of different formats, is available in 160 and 220 versions. It can automatically apply PSA glue with the silicon top over it and the tear-tape. Designed to hold up to six applicators, it has an automatic continuous feeder, and it works on die-cut and creased supports starting from 200gsm, as well as sheets.

The Maxi Box Plus 2 is equipped with an automatic delivery unit stacker, while the standard version is equipped with n. 2 RAP SIL, silicon liner applicators and n. 1 RAP STRIP, tear tape applicator.
