Rollem International has confirmed it will conduct live demonstrations on its new Insignia6H Plus die-cutter and other innovative systems at Printing United Expo 2023, set for 18-20 October in Atlanta, US.
Graph-Pak distributes Rollem products locally, and its managing director, Tom Ralph, will be available at Rollem booth 2107 to engage with visitors and customers.

Insignia6H Plus with enhanced interface
The new Insignia6H Plus die-cutter is a “game-changer”, ideal for printers seeking entry into the packaging market. The IS6H features die-cutting, kiss-cutting, creasing, perforating, embossing, and automated waste removal, plus a choice of three delivery options. This newly enhanced model has a digital control interface, further simplifying machine operation while adding many new features.
Chameleon folder/gluer
Chameleon is a new class in the folding and glueing market. It is a smaller footprint machine with a unique open architecture design. This design gives operators easy access to make-readies and accessory manipulation. With industry-leading belt speed, quick set-ups and the ability for modular expansions, the Chameleon delivers cutting-edge solutions for converting direct mail, packaging, retail, and fulfilment. The system will be shown near-line processing of die-cut cartons into glued and folded cartons.
990 Basic and Jetstream XY slit/score/perforating system
Rollem’s cornerstone solutions will include two Slit+Score+Perf Systems, one geared for shorter runs and one for higher volume runs, shown with the new StackMaster delivery unit.
Attendees will see Rollem’s economical solution for short-run finishing, the Champion 990 Basic, showing 100 per cent accurate greeting card scoring. The highly automated Jetstream system will be on display, converting multiple-up sheets with 100 per cent accurate slitting, scoring, and perforating. Demonstration golf scorecards are delivered into the new receding StackMaster delivery for easy off-loading of products.
SS Semi-Slitter
The Champion SS is the top choice of sign and label producers for kiss-cut labels and PSA (pressure-sensitive adhesive) stickers. Rollem has the largest range of semi-slitters on the market today, totalling five model sizes up to 106.68cm (42 inches) in width. It features a back or face slit with precisely controlled cuts and easy depth adjustment on all types of liner stocks.
