
Both print groups told ProPrint they wanted to prove their commitment to magazines.
Hannanprint sales and marketing manager Greg Gallen said magazines “have been in our bloodline for a long time”.
“We try to help promote the industry that we work within and keeps us going. We’re not just passengers. That’s indicative of the Hannan family. They’re in it for the long-term and always have been and are always looking to the future.”
Webstar national sales manager Natalie Taylor said the company was keen to help the industry grow.
“Our industry sector is magazines, so for Webstar it’s the core of our business.”
Magazine Week will be held in Sydney from 12-16 November. A two-day conference will be held on 15-16 November, followed by the awards dinner on 16 November.
Categories include cover of the year, designer of the year, integrated media brand of the year, website of the year and best app.
