Hexicom Software to help SME businesses manage print in and out of the office

The fact that the homegrown tool is online means users, such as SME business owners and sales staff, can operate on the go.

Hexicom’s Phil Rutherford said Eprint’s online functionality would help businesses cut significant operating costs.

“Because Eprint is a hosted solution, users don’t have to invest in their own servers and network, saving significant costs,” he said.

“There is no need for them to worry about data backups and security issues. It’s all taken care of.”

A small number of clients, including digital, offset and large-format printers as well as graphic designers and print managers, are already using the software.

“Our customers are really enjoying using the system,” added Rutherford.

“We integrate different components into the software to suit the needs of the particular company whether it is an offset printer or a graphic designer and the software is working well across a variety of business types.”

The MIS takes around two days to set up, with a one-off fee of $750 and an ongoing monthly cost ranging from $250 to $400.
