Hilton Laminating has announced its latest business venture, the addition of Rilecart Binding Australia.

The company, which currently offers binding products to the industry, believes that the expansion to include Rilecart’s range of automated binding and production equipment is a great fit.

“I’m thrilled about this new phase in our business and eagerly anticipate what lies ahead. Acquiring Rilecart strengthens our position in the binding industry and enables us to better serve the printing community. I’ve long wanted to expand our binding services, as I believe that laminating and binding are complementary,” Hilton Laminating director John Peck said.

Rilecart Australia’s Gary Disney will stay on at Hilton Laminating to ensure a smooth transition for customers.

He said, “I have had the pleasure of knowing John for several years now, and I can confidently say that there is no one better suited to take over Rilecart Australia.

“While I am saddened to be leaving, I am relieved to know that my customers will be in good hands moving forward. To ensure a smooth transition, I will continue to work with Hilton for a little while longer.”

Pleased with the transfer, the two parties look forward to assisting  Hilton Lamination customers with all their binding needs.
