Horizon has officially opened its new Horizon Innovation Park research and development hub in Shiga, Japan and to mark this it is hosting a six-day online event to demonstrate its latest offerings in end-to-end automated workflow systems.

The event is being split into two blocks with the first to be held from October 28 to 30 and the second to be held from November 4 to 6.

Horizon is working with a group of market leading vendors and over the course of the event will show how the different equipment works together to demonstrate end-to-end automated workflow systems using the entire floor as a working factor to show real Smart Factory concepts.

Horizon has partnered with Canon, Fujifilm, Fuji Xerox, Konica Minolta, Ricoh, Ryobi and Screen for the event.
