Inkcups, a supplier and manufacturer of digital inkjet equipment, pad printing equipment, laser platemakers and corresponding supplies, has appointed Bill Keating as its new CEO.
Keating succeeds Rick Hajec, who served as interim CEO since April 2024 and remains a key member of the Inkcups advisory board.
The company said Keating is an experienced leader who will help drive Inkcups’ future growth as the company continues to innovate, create value for customers, and deliver solutions globally.
He brings to Inkcups more than 25 years of experience in manufacturing and in providing complex solutions to global markets, combining his commercial sales experience with strong technical expertise and strategic executive leadership.
His hands-on approach has been shaped by key leadership roles at Roper Industries, OMEGA Engineering, Oxford Instruments America, and Gooch & Housego.
Over the course of his career, he has been actively involved in all aspects of manufacturing, including sales, service, marketing, engineering, operations, and distribution.
Keating said, “Inkcups has a distinguished track record of pioneering technology, expanding into new markets, and delivering solutions that meet the evolving needs of its customers. I am honored to lead this exceptional organisation at a time of significant opportunity, and I look forward to building on its strong foundation, driving innovation, and accelerating global growth.”
Hajec said, “It has been an honor to guide Inkcups during this transition. With his vast experience in developing complex solutions that create value for customers, Bill is ideally suited to steer Inkcups as it continues on its path of global growth.”
