IVE adds Draper as CMO

IVE Group has appointed Rob Draper to the newly created role of Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), formally starting on February 19.
 
Draper joins IVE after seven years at WPP, having served as managing director of various WPP operating companie before taking a head office role as the WPP AUNZ group business director and CEO of The Store.

Prior to WPP, Draper was part of the executive committee that set up One Digital Media, the largest digital signage agency in Africa based out of Cape Town. He’s also a graduate of the University of Sydney’s Global Executive MBA where he studied at Cambridge, UCLA, IIMB and Tel Aviv business schools.

Draper says, “I cannot wait to be involved in the next chapter of this Groups success story. They have a strong mix of smart people and complimentary services that are working well together. IVE reported revenue of $695m for FY18 and employs 1,800 people across its operations in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, New Zealand, China, Hong Kong and Singapore. The group services all major industry sectors including financial services, publishing, retail, healthcare, communications, property, clubs and associations, not-for-profit, utilities, manufacturing, education and government.
