The press, installed by Aldus Engineering at Insignia’s Melbourne site, has been complemented by turret rewinders, a Rotoflex die cutter and a Rotoflex slitter rewinder.

Insignia operations manager Howard Gill said: “This is the eighth Mark Andy we have installed, the third new press in 18 months”.

“As we are going through a large growth phase, press reliability and consistency was a key factor in our selection,” he added.
 
“This equipment has proven to be a great fit for our product mix. In addition, we are well supported by Aldus Engineering.”
