Labelmen releases new offset machine

According to Labelmen, the newly released the RS-350PS has been designed with more user friendly technology such as CNC One-touch make ready design, an ani-print inking system and remote monitoring and diagnosing.

The official launch took place at Label Expo Europe in Brussels, where the new machine attracted considerable interest.  Since the show, Labelmen has taken 10 orders for the machine worldwide.

Labelmen representatives say the feedback from the customers that purchased the new machine was that they were impressed by the value, the quality of the labels, and also the machines ability to complete all functions in a single pass.

The RS-350PS also has the new ISTCS (Innovative/Special Tension Control System).  Due to the limitations with traditional intermittent systems of drawing back the material by a drive roller (which can lead to stretching), Labelmen developed ISTCS to deliver a smoother feed and also equip the corona treater, web guide and cold stamping before full rotary unwinding.

Labelmen adds it is also continuing to improve its range of letterpress machine technology which it claims is still demand throughout Asia and Europe, particularly with in-mould and booklet labels.

The company will also be showcasing their new offset and letterpress technology with live demonstrations at drupa next year.
