Victoria-based print, mail and communications company Precision Group has acquired Manark Printing to provide its customers with a simplified supply chain management and increased speed to market.

The move follows its recent acquisition of Melbourne Mailing, with Precision Group CEO Cory Hall saying that with the company now in the process of transitioning people and equipment to Melbourne Mailing’s facility in Freight Drive Somerton, the integration of Manark Printing “comes at the perfect time”.

Manark Printing is a Victoria-based printing business with a history of high-quality service spanning more than 20 years.

Precision Group was founded in 2008, and some 14 years on has made its mark in the print, direct mail, fundraising and marketing agency space, quickly establishing a strong hold in Australia and further expanding operations into New Zealand.

Hall said Precision and Manark Printing share a manufacturing philosophy based on producing all client requirements in-house and the addition of Manark’s people, presses, bindery and finishing capabilities adds to its impressive print capability/

He also said the acquisition of Manark Printing will deliver significant benefits to clients of both organisations.
