Mediapoint growth demands larger space

Wide-format specialist Mediapoint is finalising the purchase of its new headquarters, five times larger than the space it currently operates in.

The new location will be run out of Derrimut, Victoria, in a site over 2,000sqm.

The move is due to occur by mid-May, with Mediapoint scheduled to close for a few days in the process.

Founded in 2006, the trade-only printers started with a team of 4 and grew to 10, before trimming down to 8.

Jamie Xuareb, founder, Mediapoint says, “We are focused on production, leaner pricing, and fast turnaround times. We found that a team of 10 did not allow us to be as efficient as we wanted, and 8 is ideal for what we do.

“We have been growing organically since 2006, and the move to the new, larger premises will allow us to be more efficient with our range, and offer our customers better prices.

“We are great at trade work, and have the nimbleness of a small company.”

Mediapoint was founded by brothers Jamie and Jason Xuareb, then aged 18 and 23.
