Metal Manufactures Limited (MML) has purchased national distributor wide format supplies outfit Australian Visual Solutions (AVS) for an undisclosed sum, with AVS joining Graphic Art Mart under the MML umbrella.
Mousa Elsarky, general manager of MML says, “[The company is] absolutely not changing the name, AVS will continue to run as a complete stand-alone business. There will be no change to its structure, no change to its supplier customer and people. It is business as usual.”
Cameron Sutherland, director at AVS will stay in his position.
Elsarky says AVS is a perfect fit for the company, “Over the last couple of years MML has made a couple of acquisitions within the plastics space, and we felt AVS would be a good fit for the business existing within the group, and be an organisation that would benefit within the MML group.”
