Neighbouring printers merge to ensure growth

The Mona Vale-based companies have been friendly competitors since they were each established in the mid-1980s, starting out small and expanding to the size they are today.

Commenting on the move, Robert Casey, principal of Imprint Printing says, “The merger is a way of sharing the resources of both companies in order to grow our business without having to buy another business and it enables us to provide better service for our customers.

“For the next few months, Imprint will operate out of its existing premises to facilitate the change and also allow our customers to become used to the move which is, literally, across the road. We will continue to operate our offset printing factory in Bungan Street which will service the clients of the new merged entity.”

Imprint’s retail sales and design office will be relocated to Style Communications’ premises. The merged entity will be known as Style Communications.

Shayna Price, manager of Style Communications says, “The fact that we are neighbouring businesses in the same area of Mona Vale will make the move as easy as possible for Imprint and its customers.

“Our customer bases complement each other as do our core values and philosophy so we are looking forward to reaping the benefits of our combined knowledge bank.”
