UV Master can be set for either spot UV or flood UV, and is aimed at the short run market, although it can run at speeds of up to 6000sph.
It uses an open chamber doctor coating system, which the company says provides a uniform liquid supply. The anilox roller is designed for quick change, enabling the use of various coating mixtures in short runs.
The anilox roller is made from ceramic, which provides consistency of application during long runs. UV-Master also has inbuilt temperature control. There is a quick change plate cylinder and mechanical pull side guide registration system.
