PacPrint Q&A: Fuji Xerox Australia

Stephen Ball

Manager, graphic communications

Fuji Xerox Australia

When was your company's first PacPrint?

Fuji Xerox Australia has been part of PacPrint since 1996.

Can you name any milestone launches at previous PacPrints?

We have launched a number of key products and product lines during our PacPrint history. The most significant hardware launches include the incredibly successful DocuColor 1250 series, DocuColor 2060, the Nuvera platform, and the iGen4.

Can you name any milestone sales at previous PacPrints?

For us, PacPrint is not strictly about closing sales; its real value lies within the opportunity to show current and prospective customers how we can help them meet their desired business outcomes. There is a real sense of achievement when we’re able to provide this.

PacPrint or PrintEx – what’s your favourite?

Both events are valuable to us. We have been able to engage successfully with both current and prospective customers at both events, while also connecting with the whole industry about enabling its sustainable future.

How can customers get the most out of PacPrint?

This event provides customers with the opportunity to make solid critical assessments of the solutions available to meet a fast-paced and constantly evolving market under one roof. To get the most out of this opportunity, customers need to have clear business goals and clear criteria for assessing the types of services and products available.

How will you entice customers to invest?

The true value for us is that this event enables us to engage in a conversation with customers, prospects and the industry, to reinforce the potential value we can help them unlock. We will be at the show with many of the solutions that meet the needs of our customers in this dynamic and challenging market today and tomorrow.

What will you be showing at PacPrint13?

This year’s PacPrint is going to be a particularly exciting one for Fuji Xerox Australia. We will be launching new hardware platforms, great new software, and a wide range of services that we believe will unlock some of the opportunities currently available in the market.

Can you give us any other hints about your stand or plans for the show?

This year will be all about raising the profile of the industry in an increasingly fragmented and competitive market, while alleviating some of the core cost structure challenges.

PacPrint13 takes place at the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre on 21-25 May 2013. Visit www.pacprint.com.au.
