Pakko founder Nina Nguyen named Rare Birds Ambassador

Nina Nguyen, the founder of Brisbane-based custom packaging company, Pakko has joined up as an Ambassador for Inspiring Rare Birds which promotes diversity, equality and mentorship opportunities for female entrepreneurs and emerging leaders.

A launch event is set to be held in Brisbane on Tuesday 15 February (tonight) at the Brisbane Business Hub, Level 2, 155 Queen Street, Brisbane from 5pm to 7pm AEST. Tickets can be booked here.

Nguyen joins highly respected female business leaders Emma Rhoades, Fleur Madden and Karen Cohen at the event where she will share her entrepreneurial experience as a diverse woman in the Australian manufacturing industry.

“The future of women in business and female entrepreneurs depends on empowered and esteemed female leaders to share their values, their experiences and their stories with other women,” Nguyen said.

“Through our shared experiences we can guide each other, collaborate and create a future that is truly inspiring for all women.”

At the end of last year Nguyen featured in the ProPrint Power 50 which recognises senior leaders in the commercial print sector.

Since launching Pakko, Nguyen has been actively involved in ramping up the role of Australian made products while steadily building her business in Brisbane. She has installed a number of new pieces of manufacturing equipment and with her team built an Interactive Design Platform which assists customers in designing their very own custom made box which is then produced onsite.
