Pettaras close to sale

Peter Block from PPB said to ProPrint: “The receivers are working with two parties who have made bids for the business with a view to moving forward with a final sale in the next short period of time.”

“Whilst we continue to pursue a sale, it’s very much business as usual for Pettaras, Atlas, and their customers.”

Pettaras Press entered administration on 19 March, followed by receivership with PPB on 23 March. The company employs around 80 staff and operates a mix of sheetfed and digital equipment, including a new 10-colour Komori Lithrone and an HP Indigo 5000.

The award-winning business, which took three golds at last year’s NSW Excellence Awards, recently moved to a new purpose-built, 11,500sqm facility.
