PIAA seminar set on fulfilling printers’ profitability vision

Joe Kowalewski, national communication and technical services manager for Printing Industries says value-adding to print services could take many forms, fulfilment being one of them.

He says, “We have partnered with global technology leader Pitney Bowes and Australia Post to provide insight into how a printing company can add fulfilment to its suite of services and to answer all of the related questions from print business owners.”

“Our 20//20 seminar last year identified some of the profit making opportunities available; this follow-up is the hands-on ‘how to’ element for one of those opportunities.”

Kowalewski continues, “Everyone looking for new ways to generate profit should at least attend this session to see what they can do, the likely impact on their new and existing customers and, most importantly, what it will cost and the kind of profit that can be made.

According to the Association, speakers will cover the areas of technology, business adaptation and marketing, from both the client and print business owners perspective. Speakers include: Michelle Sheehan, director, marketing and business development, Pitney Bowes Australia and Michael Durie, marketing consultant with Australia Post.
