PMA Solutions pledges $5,000 to Cheque-Mates’ CEO Sleepout effort

Frost, who is an ambassador for the homelessness charity, said he only found out about PMA’s donation today and praised the generosity of founder Phil Okill, who donated $10,000 to cystic fibrosis during a Melbourne Cup event last year.

The St Vincent De Paul CEO Sleepout takes place tonight at state capitals, and bosses from across the print media landscape have so far raised more than $80,000.

Right behind Frost is Fuji Xerox Australia managing director Nick Kugenthiran ($10,020), APN News & Media chief executive Brett Chenoweth ($8,175), Geon chief executive Graham Morgan ($7,770), Goa Billboards joint managing director Chris Tyquin ($7,045), Ricoh Australia managing director Les Richardson ($5,990) and Canon Australia senior general manager Glen Trestrail ($5,215).

There have also been impressive performances from CanPrint Communications general manager Sam Holden ($4,890), Goa Billboards joint managing director John Tyquin ($4,090), Opus Group executive director Richard Celarc ($3,100), Opus Group chief executive Cliff Brigstocke ($3,050) and Megalo Print Studio chief executive Alison Alder ($2,905).

Other participants include Geon group communications and sustainability manager Kellie Northwood ($1,932), Geon national operation head Roger Kirwan ($1,025), Smartcomm chief executive John Petri ($1,535), Opus APAC sales manager Carrick Wilkie ($760), Opus group chief financial officer Robert Alexander ($600), Geon ACT business manager Phil Elsey ($545) and Blue Star Print operations manager Brad Clark ($320).

It is not too late to donate, so head to the CEO Sleepout website now.

The CEO Sleepout has grown from a single event in Parramatta in 2006 to a nationwide fundraising event that aims to raise millions of dollars to help homeless people.
