PMP adds to executive team

The company said in a statement that the appointments are the latest step in its ongoing “transformation plan”, which has already seen a string of management reshuffles and significant job cuts in Victoria, South Australia and Queensland.

“To achieve the outcomes promised in the company’s transformation plan we need the best and the brightest to drive significant change right across every part of the business,” said PMP chief executive Richard Allely. “Penny and Michael’s capabilities complement those of the Executive Management Team and will be invaluable as we continue to transform and re-energise our business.

“These appointments demonstrate my absolute determination to transform PMP into an efficient and competitive media services company.”

Vincent (pictured) joins PMP after a stint in chartered accounting with Arthur Andersen, and over ten years in corporate advisory and investment banking with Beerworth and Partners, and more recently with Australia and New Zealand Banking Group.

Mabbutt, meanwhile, most recently served as human resources director for LexisNexis, having also worked at Syngenta, Pacific Power and TransGrid.
