Energi Print will now operate as a member of the PrintlinX group and there are no plans in the short term, for the business name to change, according to PrintLinx.
Frank Todisco, managing director of PrintLinx Group told i-grafix that the move will ensure Energi can stay in business and guarantee work in progress, as well as new orders, and will continue to be processed seamlessly.
Todisco says, “For the company’s 60 staff, this means continued employment and the security of knowing that their new employer is a strong and financially sound company with a long track record in the industry.”
Also according to Todisco, Energi Print customers, in the short term, will barely notice the change with all personnel, contact details and local workflow in Keysborough remaining unchanged.
He continues, “In the longer term, of course, they will also benefit from the expanded production facilities, capacity and additional capabilities offered by the multi-faceted PrintLinx group.”
