Last week we asked ‘Do you think a government clampdown on fraudulent phoenixes would be effective?’
The results were:
48%: Yes. Phoenixes are a problem for all industries because federal legislation is too weak.
31%: No. The industry needs to be self-enforcing. Suppliers should stop supporting phoenixes.
13%: Yes. Phoenixes are a problem in the printing industry due to a lack of government attention on our industry.
8%: No. It wouldn’t be enforced and companies would continue to find loopholes.
