ProPrint Power 50 nominations now open

ProPrint is calling out for nominations to its annual Power 50 listing the leaders in the Australian print industry, with a new format in place for 2018.

To self-nominate, or to nominate an individual and to apply to join the judging panel – complete the nomination form which is available online: proprint.com.au/p50.

After nominations close for this year's Power 50, finalists will be publicly announced before being assessed by an industry judging panel consisting of printers and suppliers before results are externally audited ahead of winners being announced.

The ProPrint Power 50 is the annual opportunity for printers to recognise their peers they believe have led the industry forward during the year through their innovation and or influence.

“ProPrint has recently transferred to new ownership, and the new management team has taken on board feedback from the industry that they would like to see the Power 50 to be a peer-voted award,” said James Wells, managing director of Printer Media Group, a subsidiary of The Intermedia Group – one of Australia’s largest business to business publishing and events companies.

“As a result we are pleased to announce that this year’s Power 50 will feature contributions and nominations from both suppliers and printers as well as a transparent judging panel consisting of leaders from within the industry.”

The ProPrint Power 50 acknowledges the recent personal and professional achievements of individuals, their approach to craftsmanship, use of technology, lobbying, business strategy, overall leadership or have broken new ground in their contribution to the industry.

Nominations and expressions of interest to be on the judging panel can be made online, at proprint.com.au/p50.

Power 50 nominations will close October 5.

Limited Power 50 sponsorship opportunities are now available – for more information contact Carmen Ciappara – carmen@proprint.com.au or 0410 582 450.
