Web-to-print software QPrint Pro is being re-introduced into the Australian market after Quote & Print teamed up with US developer Quarterhouse Software.
The Aussie MIS developer integrated the web-to-print tool into its MIS late in 2010. It allows customers to directly order items, such as personalised stationery, on-demand.
Managing director Terry Gallagher said 550 Windows-based Quote & Print systems are already in operation in Australia, but only several have upgraded to QPrint Pro.
“Our stand at PrintEx11 will give new and existing customers a chance to see QPrint Pro in action,” he said.
Company representative Marie Dias told ProPrint that the products’ “current look” and user friendliness make it easier for print businesses to manage workflow.
“Our integrated QPrint Pro helps printers to improve their customers’ experience while streamlining their own production workflow,” she said.
“Basically, it’s an easy way to help expand sales opportunities and increase re-orders, while accelerating sales cycles and helping keep a lid on costs.”
The product is aimed at all sizes of print businesses and will be coupled a new upgrade to Quote & Print’s digital module, both on display at the exhibition.
