Ricoh and PIAA to deliver training

Ricoh Australia has partnered with the PIAA through its recently purchased RTO to provide nationally accredited industry training making Ricoh the first production print vendor to offer this training to the market.

The skills gained by customers in the Ricoh training facilities will be linked to the national competency standards for digital print room operators.

Kathy Wilson, general manager – business solutions and production, Ricoh Australia says, “We’re determined that customers derive maximum value from the investment they make in our portfolio, and a key way of achieving this is through comprehensive customer training. Industry requirements are changing all the time and by aligning with the PIAA we are confident we are offering the best possible training.”

Joan Grace, general manager for Innovation Training and Projects at the PIAA says, “We are delighted to be partnering with Ricoh on this initiative. It will enable operators to get even more value and benefit from the training they attend.”
