
The distribution centre is scheduled to open in the second half of 2013, and will house the company’s warehouse, national contact centre, technical response centre and technical support.

Ricoh believes the relocation of the distribution centre from Frenchs Forest to Sydney’s major freight corridors will allow the company to increase the movement of products to customers, with the introduction of new warehouse management systems through the company’s technology and automation.
The green star rated five star building will include training facilities, a national run up centre to speed up delivery and installation of new devices at customer sites, an a centralised service centre for Ricoh customer support.
Richardson says, “This signifies a significant investment in the people, systems and processes at the heart of our business; where customers come to us for assistance and we deliver results.”
