RMGT recently participated in a highly successful open house hosted by EZ Mailing in Indianapolis, US. The event drew more than 60 attendees from 35 companies and featured live demonstrations of the RMGT 920PF-8+ LED press.
RMGT president Katsushi Hirokawa and newly appointed international sales manager Takaki Yamada were in attendance.
The 920PF-8+ LED press impressed guests with its five-minute make-ready time and the ability to produce sellable sheets within approximately 100 impressions. Running continuously throughout the event, the press operated flawlessly without missing a single sheet.
Attendees from both digital and traditional offset backgrounds responded enthusiastically to the demonstration, praising the press’ efficiency and performance.
“This open house was a valuable opportunity to connect with our customers,” Hirokawa said.
“Watching the RMGT 920 and 970 presses in action reaffirms our mission to deliver best-in-class offset printing technology.”
EZ Mailing president Kevin Bennett said, “It was great to welcome Hirokawa-San to our facility. The last time we met was in Japan before we acquired our first 920ST-4+ LED. That press exceeded expectations, and the new Long Perfector has helped us keep pace with growing demand”.
Chris Manley, president of Graphco, RMGT’s US distributor, said, “Having Hirokawa-San join us was a great honour. His presence highlights RMGT’s commitment to our customers’ success. With Yamada-San now engaged with our sales team, we’re excited to build on the momentum from this event”.
During his US visit, Hirokawa also met with several valued RMGT users, including Graphic Village, Moeller Printing, and The National Group – recently outfitted with a new RMGT 970 Perfector press.
EZ Mailing also serves as a showcase for a variety of Graphco-provided solutions, including the Horizon StitchLiner Mark IV, SmartSlitter, AFC-566FG folder, RR-4055 rotary die cutter, CRF-362 creaser/folder, and the first Horizon BQ-300 ICE-linked perfect binder in the U.S.
“EZ Mailing’s growth – from $2 million in 2018 to over $10 million in 2024 – demonstrates how strategic investments and a dedicated team can drive success, regardless of industry challenges,” Manley said.
RMGT is distributed in A/NZ through Cyber.
