According to Spicers the ‘software as a service’ based solution is a model of software deployment for a low monthly cost. All users need is a web browser to access the application on-line. There is no hardware purchases, software installations, network setup or system upgrades, the company adds.
Spicers continues that the three products in the first UpLinx offering include:
- On demand quotes – an e-commerce storefront that seamlessly handles all customer interactions for products from the creative process to publishing and print. The online store uses DataMerge Pro.
- DataMerge Pro – an intuitive programme that merges all personalised data into customised print materials that produces the highest quality print that can be reproduced precisely.
- Trak-it – tracks, schedules, plans and manages every job in your production process with easy communication between departments.
The company adds that this suite of pre-media products is focused on the future of print and enables customers to add value to their business today.
