Carbon emissions hurdle for Penola pulp mill

Protavia, a new Australian privately based development company with key offices in Brisbane and Melbourne, has hit a potential new hurdle with the Penola Pulp Mill, a proposed chemi-thermo mechanical pulp mill near Penola, south-east South Australia.
