Tender tip-off website Cordell TendersOnline is the PIAA’s latest Better Business partner. Subscribers to the site receive details of tender opportunities via ‘alerts’ that are emailed when the database is updated, up to four times a day, providing printers with the earliest possible warning. Print categories include book printing, bookbinders, print consultants, desktop publishing, digital print, labels, leaflets, magazines, newspapers, offset print, photocopying, posters, print management and distribution, print machinery, promotional products, screen printing, security printing, smartcards, specialised printing, tickets and tags.

Joe Kowalewski, national director of communications with the PIAA, says members who sign up as new subscribers will receive a 20 per cent discount as an introductory offer. He says, “They also receive a Tender Response Pack containing resources to assist them to prepare well-structured tender proposals. “This is one of the many ways we are working to add value to membership and to help our members find market opportunities to grow their businesses.” The PIAA is planning a webinar to introduce the service and its benefits.
