Tetenal to show broad solutions range

The Tetenal Large Format Printing System (LFP system) “TETENAL INK JET SOLUTIONS” is an absolute user-friendly and customer-oriented large format concept. For the drupa 2004 this package offers more features and advantages for the professional user. High on the agenda is the company’s drag ad drop technology, allowing printing to occur with the simple click of a mouse.

Tetenal will also demonstrate its Spectra jet roll media on its LFP system. Tetenal says the extremely fast ink assimilation and minimal drying times ensure clearly sharp print results, quality and long-lasting colours which comes up to photo chemical produced pictures and even surpasses some applications.

Also being demonstrated is the new Ink Jet print head family developed by Konica Minolta, utilising Tetenal’s KM 512 Premium UV inks, which are available in CMYK, and on special request, light cyan, light magenta, orange and green. The company says the inks feature a high hardening speed and highest weather resistance.

Finally, Tetenal plans to also exhibit its Platemaster compact printing plate developer, which comes as a cartridge system with solid chemistry instead of liquid concentrate. Based on the G-Chem Technology developed by Tetenal, the compact developer units are purported to offer the highest quality results, easy operation, safe handling as well as an excellent economic efficiency: The capacity volume of one Tetenal Platemaster compact cartridge corresponds to 8 units of the traditional liquid developer.
