Tharstern has Aussies in mind with Primo MIS

Tresta Keegan (pictured), managing director of Tharstern Australia and New Zealand, said input from Australian users has had a direct influence on the UK-based developer.

“Australians and New Zealanders are more liberal than the English. If we want something fixed we get it fixed and Tharstern in the UK are recognising this.”

Tharstern said that changes to the MIS include a customisable interface, an improved communications centre and “milestone” job settings.

Sydney-based Satellite Digital is the first company to take the new system on board, but Tharstern is hoping to tide over a few more customers at the show.

“The amount of interest is amazing,” said Tharstern rep.

“I think people in the Australian printing industry are noting that we are consistently delivering on our promises in terms of what our MIS is capable of.”

Tharstern will also be showcasing its ‘New Estimating’ module to selected clients.

The new module features a sophisticated back-end estimator that lets users find the most
accurate quote in the quickest possible time.
