TMA wins Australia Post contract

Australia Post has awarded TMA with a services contract, enabling the latter to supply its print, print management and creative services to the former.

The Australian-owned multinational print, print management, technology and logistics company said it beat industry heavyweights to win the contract.

TMA executive chairman Anthony Karam said the deal is one of Australia’s largest and most complex contracts.

“TMA has made a significant investment in innovation and technology. This has enabled us to deliver industry-leading marketing services and print management solutions to our clients,” he said.

“We give our clients the edge through our strategic combination of creative, content creation, print, campaign management and logistics services. Winning the Australia Post tender has confirmed that this investment continues to pay dividends.

“Nick Brandhoj and the TMA Team have done a tremendous job and I congratulate them on their success.”

This is the second substantial contract win by TMA – the first of which a TMA spokesperson said the company will announce in the coming weeks.

An Australia Post spokesperson told Sprinter that as part of a standard business review process, a market competitive request for proposal began in August 2019 for print, print management and creative services at Australia Post.

“Capability assessment included scope of services including experience in the industry, understanding of our business requirements and innovation and capability,” the spokesperson added.

“TMA Australia was the successful applicant and will provide services for catalogues, mail house services, custom products, booklets, posters, flyers, creative design, philatelic design services and print management services over a four-year term.”
