Visual Connections releases Visual Impact Sydney stats

Visual Impact Sydney organiser Visual Connections has released some statistics around the recent tradeshow, identifying that 50 per cent of Visual Impact Sydney’s exhibitors intend to exhibit at Visual Impact Brisbane in 2024.

Visual Impact Brisbane will run from 17 to 19 July 2024.

Visual Connections also found that 70 per cent of visitors to Visual Impact Sydney 2023 were satisfied or very satisfied with the event, while 72 per cent of the visitors rated this Visual Impact the same or better than previous Visual Impact shows, with 27 per cent saying it was better.

In addition, 80 per cent of exhibitors were not only happy with the quantity of visitors, but were also satisfied or very satisfied with the quality of the visitors and the sales leads this provided.

Visual Connections also identified that 30 per cent of exhibitors received over 100 sales leads across the three-day show.

Visual Connections recently confirmed that Visual Impact Sydney achieved the highest numbers since the mid-2010s, with almost 4,000 industry businesses in attendance and millions of dollars of business transacted.

Just a few short of 4,000 people were clocked through the doors at the Sydney sign, display and wide-format print expo, with 936 of those from exhibitor teams. Numbers were fairly even across the three days, with just under 1,000 attending on Day 1 – many of them queuing to get in as soon as doors opened – just over 1,000 on Day 2, and more than 900 people taking the opportunity to attend on the final, shorter day.

Signarama Australia brand leader Matt Fitzpatrick said, “Thanks to Visual Connections for organising yet another great Visual Impact show in Sydney.

“From Signarama Australia, we truly appreciate the support we get from VC in arranging space for us to bring owners from across the country together to meet, share ideas at the same time as being able to interact with all the key suppliers, to see all the latest equipment and products developments. Visual Impact is an invaluable event for our industry.”
