Expanding its presence in the Asian market, inkjet head manufacturer Xaar has appointed a new sales account manager to enhance its existing China-based sales and technical support team. Based in Shanghai, Edwin Shiu will be responsible for local client account management, business development and after-sales advice and support.
Prior to joining Xaar, Edwin worked as product planning manager for security solutions provider PCCW SecureNet Asia and brings with him a wealth of experience in operations and business development. In his new role, Edwin will provide professional advice to customers, as well as developing new business opportunities for Xaar in the packaging printing and industrial printing markets. China is currently enjoying a boom in inkjet development, with many locally produced models hitting the streets.
