The numbers were up more than a fifth over last year’s show in Geneva, in line with its expanded footprint with more than 14000sqm of exhibition space.

Some 300 exhibitors demonstrated the latest innovations in the digital wide-format sector, and this year the show included a dedicated space for the Digital Textile Conference and played host to Fespa’s Digital Print Awards and a series of lunchtime debates.

The show was also the platform for launching Fespa’s updated Planet Friendly Guide, available for free to Fespa members.

Fespa also announced that Fespa Digital 2011 will be held in Hamburg from 24-26 May and the 2012 event will be held in Barcelona from 28 February to 1 March.
