Hoornaert, who previously held a number of important financial positions at Inbev from 2000 to 2007, replaces Anne Vleminckx.

Hoornaert, who was most recently Inbev’s vice president of finance for Western Europe, has a strong background in finance, controlling and mergers and acquisitions.

In a statement, Agfa said Hoornaert also has “extensive experience in cost reduction programs”.
