As a result of the acquisition, both the F+K and the Schiavi range of CI flexo presses are now included in the Bobst “Product Line Flexo” which will be located at the Fischer & Krecke location at Bielefeld in Germany.

According to the company, “clients will see the benefits of the joint co-operation in the design and manufacture of the complete range of machines in the near future.”

The Schiavi range of eight colour CI presses is expected to complement the F+K 14S and 16S ten colour range, giving the Bobst group and Aldus a much broader market potential in the flexographic industry.

The 16S is also now available with the Smart Graphic Positioning System that was showcased at this year’s drupa event.
