Aussie hero Turia Pitt inspires at Snap conference

Print franchise Snap hosted its 2016 annual conference on the Gold Coast with motivational speaker Turia Pitt inspiring franchisees and suppliers, and the chain awarding its top-performing stores across Australia.

The three-day event drew Snap franchise owners, partners and suppliers from across the countryto sunny Queensland to explore the future of the company and motivate owners to go above and beyond their business goals.

According to Snap, Turia Pitt, inspirational speaker, mentor and athlete, brought something special to the event after sharing her story of overcoming tragedy and finding the fighting spirit to stay strong and determined.

Pitt offered compelling advice to Snap board members, CEOs, franchise owners, partners and suppliers that could be applied to all aspects of business.

“Whatever your goal in life, make a commitment to yourself and step up,” Pitt said during the emotional presentation.

Snap’s conference was also hosted by popular television personality Larry Emdur from Channel 7’s Morning Show, and invited the Board to the stage for a Q&A session about the company’s successes and plans for the future.

The event concluded with an awards night which revealed Snap’s top-performing centres, Snap Circular Quay, Snap Wynyard, Snap West Melbourne and Snap Eastwood. The four stores generated the group’s highest revenues, and are in the top six per cent of small-to-medium sized enterprises (SME) in Australia.

“We received a lot of positive feedback from attendees this year and it was great to see so many enthusiastic business leaders in one room. The future of Snap is bright and positive, and we are looking forward to growing and developing,” says Snap acting CEO Tony Geange.

“We would like to take this opportunity to also thank Snap’s Gold Partners, Arthur J Gallagher, Australia Post, BJ Ball, Bloomtools, Canon, CMYK, EFI, Fuji Xerox, Konica Minolta, Neo Post and Ricoh, for their continued support.”
