Ball & Doggett has confirmed that it has reached an agreement to acquire leading Graphics supplier, SA Print Supplies.

The business has set a completion date for the end of December 2023, with plans to be fully integrated into the Ball & Doggett site in Beverley over the Christmas period. It is expected to be fully operational, and trading as Ball & Doggett from 2 January 2024 onwards.

As Australia’s largest distributor of printable materials and consumables, Ball & Dogget believes that this acquisition further solidifies its commitment to the South Australian print, packaging and label market.

“We welcome the SA Print Supplies team into the Ball & Doggett Group further strengthening our offering to the Print, Packaging and Label markets in South Australia. Leveraging the strengths of both businesses provides long term value to our customers, suppliers and staff,” Ball & Doggett CEO Luke Wilkinson said.

SA Print Supplies is a privately owned and operated business run by Paul Sayner and Vince Maio , and distributes a wide range of graphics and consumable products to the South Australian print, packaging and label market including rollers, inks, blanket, press chemistry and other consumbles.

“Ball & Doggett have the resources and infrastructure to take the business forward which will ultimately provide greater value to our customers, we are excited about what the future holds,” added SA Print Supplies director Paul Sayner, who will join the Ball & Doggett business in a sales and management role.
