Following the success of its inaugural Aspire rewards program last year, Ball & Doggett has launched the second of such programs as of 1 March.
Aspire is an incentive program designed to reward customers for supporting Ball & Doggett.
Ball & Doggett national marketing manager Tony Bertrand said the company delivered thousands of Aspire rewards – everything iPhones to jet skis to printing presses – to its customers just before Christmas 2020.
“The feedback from last year’s program has been awesome. We thank all those customers that grew their purchases with Ball & Doggett in 2020,” Bertrand said.
“Ball & Doggett is back with the second Aspire Rewards Program in 2021. The program is designed to reward customers for their growth and loyalty.
“Our rewards catalogue has also grown with new rewards in 2021, some for business and some for lifestyle. Check out the Aspire 2021 program video for all the details.”
The company also announced some changes to the program, which includes a reduction in the buying period from 12 to nine months, which will now run between March and November.
Targets will be detailed in each customer’s personalised letter. Achieving purchase targets on Ball & Doggett products within the buying period will result in customers receiving Aspire tokens, which can then be used to achieve reward products.
There is no limit to the number of tokens that can be earned.
In addition, a monthly sales progress update will be emailed to each customer for them to determine their performance.
